The Role – Sous Chef
We’re searching for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join this passionate, driven kitchen team. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently outstanding dishes and a memorable dining experience.
You’ll be hands-on in the kitchen, leading by example, inspiring junior chefs, and helping to maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and service.
What We’re Looking For:
A motivated, creative Sous Chef with proven experience in a high-quality, fresh food environment
A passion for guest experience and pride in delivering excellence on every plate
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs
Financial awareness and understanding of how to drive a successful, profitable kitchen operation
