Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations, creating a VIP experience
Interpret customer concerns and liaise effectively with technicians to ensure timely resolution
Manage customer appointments, schedules, and service workflows efficiently
Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance, maintaining transparency with customers
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Track vehicle progress through the workshop and keep customers informed
Upsell additional services and parts to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership revenueRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Proven UK automotive experience as a Service Advisor
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to deliver VIP level customer service in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player with a professional approach and keen attention to detail
