- Have experience of administration systems possibly within a school environment
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Understand the need for high levels of confidentiality, discretion and integrity in the school environment
- Demonstrate professionalism and accuracy in all aspects of the role
- Have the ability to build productive and collaborative relationships
- Have excellent IT skills
- Be organised, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to competing deadlines
- Understand the need for a culture of safeguarding in all aspects of school business

This role is 37 hours a week, term time plus INSET days.
