Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Internal Fit-Out Manager to oversee internal works on a student accommodation project.
You will manage the fit-out of modular units from installation through to completion, ensuring delivery is on programme, to a high standard, and in line with Health & Safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage internal fit-out works from module installation to handover
* Coordinate subcontractors across drylining, MEP, joinery, and finishes
* Ensure quality control, snagging, and de-snagging processes are completed
* Monitor progress and report to senior management
* Resolve design, sequencing, and interface issues
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards
* Lead site coordination meetings
Requirements
* Proven experience in fit-out or internal packages delivery
* Background in residential or student accommodation projects
* Understanding of modular construction (desirable)
* Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
* Ability to read drawings and manage programme
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid required
