The Role As Manufacturing Engineer, you will act as the key link between the shop floor and the design function, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, repeatably, and to the highest standards. You will support new and existing processes, help resolve production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The business operates in a precision machining environment, producing tight-tolerance components, and values engineers who can combine practical experience with structured engineering thinking.
