Residential Support Worker in Education - Lichfield - ASAP
Job Description
I am currently recruiting for an exceptional Special Educational Needs School in the Lichfield area, seeking to appoint new SEMH support staff for children with Autism/SEMH and associated challenging behaviour experience.
The positions cover day-to-day, short-term, and long-term bookings. The school is looking for candidates with experience working with individuals with SEMH needs. As a Learning Support Assistant with care experience, you will work alongside the class teacher and other staff to support pupils in their daily school activities. This includes supporting children on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Your role will be to motivate, support, and engage pupils, ensuring they are happy and supported.

The school caters to children with a wide range of needs, including Autism, MLD, and SEMH complex needs, for pupils aged 5-11.

Candidate Requirements
