Biddable Media Senior Executive (Ecommerce)
London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in-office)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Biddable Media Senior Executive to support the delivery and optimisation of performance-led campaigns across paid search, paid social, and other biddable channels for ecommerce clients. You’ll take increasing ownership of day-to-day execution while working closely with Managers and Senior Managers to drive revenue-focused results.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience who’s ready to step up in responsibility within an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Activation
* Build, launch, and manage biddable media campaigns across paid search and paid social channels
* Support ecommerce-focused account structures, targeting strategies, and testing roadmaps
* Ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking, and adherence to best practices
Performance & Optimisation
* Monitor campaign performance daily, optimising bids, budgets, audiences, keywords, and creative
* Support budget pacing and forecasting against ecommerce KPIs (ROAS, CPA, revenue)
* Identify performance trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and scale
* Assist with feed-based optimisations and product-level insights where relevant
Reporting & Insights
* Produce accurate and timely performance reports
* Analyse performance data to deliver clear insights and recommendations
* Support Managers in client performance updates and presentations
Collaboration & Development
* Work closely with channel specialists, account teams, and creative partners
* Support junior team members through best practice sharing
* Contribute to testing frameworks, documentation, and biddable media playbooks
* Stay up to date with platform updates, ecommerce trends, and automation developments
Skills & Experience
Required
* 2–4+ years of experience in biddable media or performance marketing
* Hands-on experience across paid search and/or paid social
* Strong ecommerce performance focus with experience driving revenue or ROAS
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Preferred
* Agency experience managing ecommerce clients
* Familiarity with Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta Ads Manager
* Experience working with product feeds and catalogue-based campaigns
* Understanding of attribution and conversion tracking
Hybrid Working
* This role is hybrid, with 2 days per week based in our London office
* The remaining time can be worked remotely, with flexibility to support team and client needs
