Teaching Assistant (TA)
* Annual Salary: £90 - £110 per day

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to work with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role requires a compassionate individual who has previous experience in a school setting, ready to make a significant impact in the lives of students.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Support SEMH students in their daily school activities, ensuring they engage positively with their learning environment.
* Work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
* Assist in the development of social skills and emotional resilience of the students through guided interaction and activities.
* Monitor and report on the progress of students, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.
* Facilitate a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience working in a school environment, particularly with SEMH students.
* Strong understanding of the challenges faced by SEMH students and effective strategies to aid their learning and development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
* Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
