Role
Youwilljointhefirm’shighlysuccessfulCommercialandIPteamadvisingonawiderangeofcommercialagreementsincludingtechnologyandIPagreements,softwaredevelopmentandlicensingmattersandITandoutsourcingagreements.
Responsibilities
* Youwillworkwithhousehold-namebrands,innovativetechnologycompaniesandowner-managedbusinessesacrossawiderangeofmatters.clientsareinsectorsincludingtechnology,software,manufacturing,retailandotherconsumer-facingmarkets.
* Youwilldraft,negotiateandadviseonabroadrangeofcommercialagreementssuchassupplyanddistributioncontracts,licensingagreements,technologyandsoftwareagreementsandhigh-valueservicecontracts.Youwillalsohavetheopportunitytoadviseonintellectualpropertymatres,includingIPprotection,licensing,brandstrategyandIPconsiderationswithincommercialtransactions.
Candidate
