We are looking to recruit an innovative, creative, and well-organised Lecturer B to join our vibrant, enthusiastic, and highly productive team. The college is an exciting place to work, especially as the Business provision expands. This role will be central for those with the drive and organisational skills to support the department’s move to outstanding. It is vital for the development of the department and the quality of services we provide. We are committed to ensuring students reach their full potential, and successful candidates will provide curriculum leadership to meet the following high standards, evidenced in personal best practice: lecturers in this role can deliver across our entire range of provision, from Level 1 to Level 7, including T levels, and Higher Education to BSc (Hons), depending on skills and experience.
Applicants require teaching experience, a Degree-level qualification in a related subject, and a relevant Further Education teaching qualification. We expect applicants to be ambitious for their learners and share our commitment to delivering outstanding teaching and learning.

What will the role involve?
* Supporting HOD/DHOD to improve attendance, achievement, and success among learners
* Supporting students to reach their full academic potential
* Undertaking course coordination as required
* Supporting teachers across all sites to deliver high-standard lessons
* Maintaining excellent personal teaching credentials
* Supporting the maths and English team to demonstrate impact
* Having resilience, confidence, and competence to challenge and support others
* Delivering training and leading meetings when required
* Responding actively to assessment results to improve student performance and success rates, enhancing the learning experience
* Leading on assessment quality through internal verification
