As a CIB Strategy Analyst / Associate in the CIB Strategy Group, you will partner with senior leaders to shape business priorities and drive strategic initiatives. You will work across the CIB organization and firmwide functions, contributing to projects such as international growth strategies, new product and market entry, and cross-CIB initiatives. You’ll join a high-performing team with diverse backgrounds and expertise.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Gather, synthesize, analyze, and present project data and findings
2. Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis
3. Execute creative analyses and provide insights to identify issues and develop recommendations
4. Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences
5. Monitor industry trends and share relevant reports and analyses
6. Foster an environment of collaboration and mutual responsibility
7. Work on multiple projects simultaneously across CIB
8. Lead initiatives and workstreams to address diverse challenges identified by senior stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
9. Experience at a premier management consulting firm or investment banking division (M&A, Coverage, Capital Markets, Equity Research)
10. Strong problem-solving skills in generalist environments within the financial services sector
11. Exceptional analytical abilities, quantitative skills, and effective communication (oral and written)
12. Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
13. Openness to developmental feedback from peers
14. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
