Responsibilities: Support children with challenging behaviour on a one-to-one or small group basis. Assist the class teacher in implementing behaviour management strategies. Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation. Adapt learning activities to meet the individual needs of students. Monitor student progress and report observations to staff. Promote student confidence, independence, and engagement in learning. Supervise students during non-classroom activities (breaks, transitions, etc.). Requirements: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with behavioural needs. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A genuine passion for supporting children's emotional and academic development. Ability to remain positive and professional in challenging situations.
