This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference every day while developing your experience in a supportive school environment.Although the role will begin on a day-to-day basis, the school has been consistently busy and has a strong track record of offering regular work and even long-term placements for the right person. ???? What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting students with behavioural needs, helping them stay engaged and focused
* Providing SEN support, adapting tasks and offering 1:1 or small-group guidance
* Assisting teachers in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
* Helping maintain a calm, safe classroom atmosphere

* Experience working with children or young people in a school or community setting within the last two years (essential)

* Confidence supporting behaviour and additional needs
