Responsibilities

* Work in a flexible, customer-led manner to meet the needs and preferences of the people we support, enabling them to live the life they choose.
* Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives.
* Follow detailed care and support plans, including supporting someone with complex autism and non-verbal communication.
* Be flexible, committed and dedicated, with the ability to adapt approaches to provide innovative, person-centred support.


Qualifications and requirements

* Experience in supporting adults with Autism (preferred).
* Full UK driving licence and ability to drive a manual vehicle (Applicants must hold).
* Patience, empathy, reliability, honesty, determination and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to undergo training and ongoing professional development.
