We are now looking to expand our high-performing team with a Client Manager who will be instrumental in driving new business within the enterprise space.
The Role
As a Client Manager at InterEx Group, you will be fully focused on generating new business opportunities and building relationships with enterprise-level clients. This is a pure new business development role, with your primary goal being to win exclusive job opportunities for our delivery team to fulfil.
You will act as the key strategic partner to new clients, identifying their hiring needs and positioning InterEx as their go-to talent partner.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients across CRM, Data, and ERP verticals
* Build and nurture strong, consultative relationships with senior decision-makers (e.g. CTOs, CIOs)
* Own the end-to-end business development cycle – from lead generation to client onboarding
* Win exclusive or retained job roles to pass to the delivery team for fulfilment
* Collaborate closely with internal delivery consultants to ensure seamless handover and successful placements
* Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets
* Maintain detailed records and activity tracking in the CRM
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in new business development within recruitment or staffing
* A strong track record of winning enterprise-level clients
* Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Entrepreneurial mindset – someone who thrives on ownership and autonomy
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Experience working alongside delivery or resourcing teams is a plus
