Master Technician Required in Bolton
1. Basic salary: Up to £45,000
2. OTE £50,000
3. 22 Days holiday per year + bank holidays (gain a day each year)
4. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays (paid 1.5x rate)

Key Responsibilities as a Master Technician:
8. Conduct in-depth diagnostic assessments, pinpointing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
9. Utilise cutting-edge diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify complex problems.
10. Collaborate seamlessly with the service team, providing timely and efficient solutions to customer concerns.
11. Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, attending relevant training sessions.
12. Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing your knowledge to enhance the team's skills.
13. Maintain meticulous records of repairs, parts used, and labor time to ensure streamlined workflow and outstanding customer satisfaction.
14. Uphold high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service.
To qualify for this Master Technician vacancy, you must have:
15. Master Technician status
16. Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance
17. Proven experience as a Technician in an automotive dealership.
18. Advanced knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems, including electronic and mechanical components.
19. Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical staff members/customers.
20. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
21. Team player with a positive attitude, committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
22. Valid driving licence and a clean driving record.
