Position: Operations Hero (Maternity Cover)
Location: Behind Closed Doors Ltd, OX10 9DD – Where the magic happens.
Contract Type: Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover) - This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, but it doesn't have to be the end of the road. For the right person, there is a very real potential for this to evolve into a permanent position as our team continues to expand.

The Big Picture
One of our favourite humans is heading off to start a new adventure (parenthood), and while we're busy buying tiny baby clothes, we need an Operations Assistant to keep the wheels from falling off while they're away.
We aren't a faceless corporation. We're looking for someone who doesn't just want a job, but wants to be part of the family for the next 12 months.
What You'll Be Doing (The "Keeping-Us-Sane" Part)
* Plate Spinning: Managing the daily tasks that keep the business humming.
* The Schedule Saviour: When the daily plan goes out the window or a sudden change lands on your desk, you're the one who takes it all in stride, calmly reshuffling the deck to keep us moving forward.
* Master of the Details: You take pride in keeping our records, paperwork, and databases in tip-top shape. By making sure everything is tidy and easy to find, you ensure the whole business runs smoothly and the rest of the team has exactly what they need, exactly when they need it.
* The Connector: Acting as the friendly face (and voice) for our customers and suppliers, making sure everyone has what they need and keeping our external relationships as strong as our internal ones.
* Being You: Bringing your unique energy to the office every day.
