Your job is to re-engage, build trust, and guide them through smart investment decisions, backed by the support of a mission-driven, values-led company.\n\nThey've just come off their best year of sales yet and are heading into their most exciting chapter to date expanding into nationwide property investment opportunities for their fast-growing client base.\n\nWhy Join Our Client\n\nThey have the largest social media following in the UK property investment industry, with 400K + followers. \nThey’ve helped over 700 clients invest successfully across the UK.\nThey’re a values-first business, focused on creating win-wins for clients, the team, and their communities.\nYou’ll join a clear career path that leads to a Senior, £100k+ earning Closer role.\n\nThe Package:\n\n£26,000 – £28,000 base salary, depending on experience\nOTE £55,000 – £60,000, with top performers earning more\nClear, performance-driven commission structure\nFlexible working hours and hybrid setup\n25 days holiday plus birthday off and public holidays\nAdditional leave between Christmas and New Year\nPension scheme\nBe part of a fun, supportive, and values-driven team\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n\nEngage and support a warm pipeline of active clients.\nReconnect with previous prospects to reignite interest.\nUnderstand client goals and present the right investment opportunities.\nHelp clients navigate the process from selection through to purchase.\nLiaise with internal teams to keep deals moving.\nMaintain accurate client and pipeline data in the CRM.\nHit (and exceed) monthly revenue and performance targets.\nContribute to improving how our client presents deals and handles objections.\n\nWho You Are:\n\nYou have at least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in a consultative or high-value environment.\nYou’re confident and professional, with a talent for building trust quickly.\nYou’re organised, proactive, and take ownership of your pipeline.\nYou thrive in a high-performance culture and want to progress.\nYou care about doing the right thing for your clients, not just making the sale.\nYou’re comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment.\n\nBonus If You Bring:\n\nExperience in property or investment sales.\nKnowledge of buy-to-let strategy or the UK property market.\nConfidence using CRMs and structured sales processes.\n\nWhere This Could Take You\n\nThis isn’t just another sales job — it’s your stepping stone to a Senior Closer role with six-figure earning potential.
