The Strategy Consulting Manager role involves leading strategy and design within a life sciences consultancy, managing projects end-to-end, supporting practice growth, and developing client relationships across digital transformation, commercial strategy, and medical affairs.
Responsibilities
* Lead strategic consulting projects from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring projects meet client requirements and deadlines.
* Support business growth by developing proposals, identifying client needs, and participating in the pitching process for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
* Manage and mentor a global team of consultants while contributing to the agency's thought leadership and industry presence.
Qualifications & Experience
* Substantial experience in strategy or management consulting, with a focus on the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.
* Commercial experience in proposal development, project scoping, and collaborating with business development teams to secure new engagements.
* Subject matter expertise in healthcare practice areas such as digital transformation, patient engagement, or medical affairs.
The salary is in the region of £70-90k, plus bonuses and a superb benefits pack.
