About the Company
Our client is a long‑established, family‑run British HVAC manufacturer, expanding its refurbishment and site services division due to strong demand and a growing project pipeline.
The Role
A brand‑new role with a £20M+ pipeline and established key accounts, focusing on AHU refurbishment and aftermarket projects.
* 75% existing business / 25% new business
* UK coverage (mainly Midlands to South)
* Home‑based, 3 days on the road
* You’ll carry out site surveys, identify upgrade opportunities, and work with technical teams to deliver tailored refurbishment solutions.
What We’re Looking For
* HVAC / AHU technical background (min. 4 years)
* Strong communication and commercial awareness
* Sales experience helpful but not essential
