Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Hard FM and Reactive maintenance team on a contract in Wirral.
Responsibilities
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you would be responsible for supervising a multi-discipline maintenance team across multiple sites on our contract. You will ensure compliance against the contractual SLA’s and support the compliant delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works across the Electrical Mechanical and Fabric operation. You will understand how to deliver a seamless customer service while managing our maintenance programme to ensure an effective operational delivery. The successful candidate will be electrical qualified with good engineering knowledge, have proven facilities management experience and ideally managed a mobile based engineering team.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
Previous Team Leadership or Supervisory experience
Proven building maintenance knowledge
Trade background, electrical or mechanical
Experience of managing performance, monitoring compliance and engaging with end-client
Full – UK Driver’s License (no more than 6 points)
