What Were Looking For Minimum 3 years experience in a Guest Services / Front Office leadership role within a luxury 4- or 5-star hotel Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Confident using Opera PMS and managing guest profiles, billing and reservations Highly organised with excellent communication skills Flexible to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays Whats In It For You?
