Job Summary:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Welsh speaking Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Neath and Port-Talbot. This role offers an opportunity to work in an inspiring educational environment and support students in achieving their full potential.
Responsibilities include working closely with teachers to support students in small groups and 1:1 settings, aiding their academic progress and personal development. The role involves creating an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere.
Contract/Position Details
* Location – Various locations across Neath Port-Talbot
* Position – Welsh speaking Teaching Assistant
* Type of work – Day-to-day and long-term cover in various schools
* Start date – ASAP
* Duration – Day-to-day bookings with potential for extension
* Contract type – Temporary
* Working hours – 8:45 am – 3:20 pm (full day), half day (am or pm), or individual lesson cover
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting (not essential)
* Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities
* A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
