Administrator – Warrenpoint Role: Administrator Location: Warrenpoint Salary: £26,700 Contract: Permanent – Full time Hours of work: 9am – 5pm, Monday - Friday The Company: Our client is an Industry leading facilities management company which covers over 30,000 properties across the island of Ireland. The Role: Are you an organised detailed driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is looking for proactive and reliable administrator to become an essential part of new team. Main duties Handling telephone enquiries. Scheduling works on a daily basis via the company software system A technical knowledge of maintenance Uphold Data Protection Policies General office duties Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience in the managing programming of Engineers and sub-contractors.
