We are partnering with a globally recognised luxury retail business to recruit a Temporary Buying Admin Assistant to support a high-profile buying team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a prestigious retail environment and work closely with experienced Buyers in a fast-paced commercial setting.

Immediate start
Approx. 2 month contract with potential for extension
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working, 3 days in the West London office
The Role:
You will work closely with the Buyer and Assistant Buyer to support commercial performance and enhance the customer experience across both store and online channels.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the Buying Office
• Assisting with administrative and reporting tasks
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
• Supporting trade analysis and stock management
• Maintaining accurate system updates and documentation
This role would suit someone highly organised, detail-oriented and keen to gain or build experience within a premium retail head office environment.
