Job Purpose:
As a Sales Advisor, you will work with your management team to implement the ultimate omnichannel shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service by living our Service Promise. You inspire customers to look good and express themselves with the latest fashion wherever and whenever they want. You act as an ambassador for the brand, demonstrating our Customer Obsessed value.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Customer
* You’ll inspire customers by delivering our service techniques.
* You create a fantastic customer experience and let your personality shine through every interaction.
* As an omnichannel retailer, you help customers find products online when they can’t locate them in store, making the experience seamless.
* You understand our local customers and use this knowledge to drive sales and connect with the community and charity partners.
* You support store standards and help create a visually exciting experience that welcomes customers.

Roles and Responsibilities
* The Your Voice Representative role is vital; you provide team members confidence to voice ideas and opinions about anything that affects team morale.
* You support communication and delivery of key engagement initiatives and messages in store.
* You act as an ambassador at quarterly territory meetings and possibly bi‑annual divisional meetings, summarising key themes and ideas.
* You challenge store management to influence change based on team feedback.
* You build close relationships with your team and model company values, setting an example.
Key Holder (Operational or Delivery)
* As a key holder, you support opening and setup when a manager is absent, subject to mandatory training and territory leader approval.
* In certain circumstances, you access the store before trade to complete delivery or other tasks.
* You ensure all Health & Safety and security procedures are followed, and you oversee team, service levels, and stock.
Department Specialist
* You deliver exceptional standards in your department and maintain operational excellence for the customer journey, driving store performance and self‑development.
* You showcase your expertise and influence department performance through data and reporting.
* As the go‑to expert, you confidently recommend products to customers.
Visual Merchandising Specialist
* You support brand VM and POS guidelines through product handling and retail standards.
* You execute window and mannequin styling at a high standard, supporting floor moves for sales or promotional launches.
* You stay updated on current trends, competitor activities, and influencer promotions.

Important Information
The hours are fairly flexible but weekend work on a rotation is mandatory. Only applicants who fill in the availability sheet will be shortlisted. The position is temporary with the potential to become permanent after a successful probationary period.
