Our client in the Defence & Security sector is currently seeking two Business Analysts (OMNIA Training) to join their team in Warminster. This is a permanent position that offers a hybrid working model. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis: Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and performance requirements Capturing, documenting, and validating business requirements, workflows, and processes Assisting the development of improvements through structured gap analysis, risk identification, and process mapping Translating technical and data-driven information into clear business insights Data Analysis & Reporting: Collecting, analysing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making and performance monitoring Developing and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, MIs, and PIs using tools such as Power BI or equivalent Analysing performance trends, training data, system reliability, and operational risks to identify actionable insights Preparing high-quality reports for governance forums, senior leadership, and wider stakeholders Job Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting business data, trends, and performance metrics Experience producing governance reports, dashboards, and decision-support materials Ability to gather requirements, map processes, and facilitate workshops Excellent communication skills-able to translate complex information into clear insights Good understanding of risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement models Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL desirable) Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience within defence, government, or regulated industries Familiarity with training and assurance systems (e.g., DSAT, MOD processes, CTEMS) Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 44001, ISO 27001) Exposure to safety management, audit processes, or compliance frameworks Experience using AI enabled data analytics tools Qualifications: Degree in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Business Analysis certification desirable Security clearance (or willingness to obtain) if required Key Attributes: Highly organised and detail oriented Proactive and collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision-making Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments What We Offer: A culture built on collaboration: Work in an inclusive, high-performing team that celebrates ideas, supports growth, and is laser-focused on delivering results Team dynamics: You will be part of a team that works together, across multiple organisations united in one mission Work across borders, united in purpose: Operate across organisations with one shared goal - improving capability across all domains Drive innovation: Your voice matters.
