In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external third-party suppliers to deliver solutions that align with our business objectives. Hybrid Role: You’ll need to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Key Responsibilities:
* Support on the design, development, and maintenance of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
* Customise the CRM platform to meet business needs, including configuring modules, workflows, and reports.
* Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, and support to gather and define requirements.
* Document CRM configurations and development processes.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in customising and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
* Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
* Familiarity with integration techniques (SOAP, RESTful APIs).
* Knowledge of data migration tools and third-party solutions.
* Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210).
