Job Description
The role is varied and includes:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
* Liaising with internal and external auditors
* Preparing and submitting VAT returns and PAYE
* Preparing and distributing weekly P&L reports for all business units
* Liaise with the divisional finance leads to ensure costs are accurately reflected and allocated to business units
* Provide reports on analytical variances as required
* Supporting the Financial Controller with information for cash flow forecasting purposes
The Successful Applicant
* Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
* Proven experience in management accounting
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
What's on Offer
The role is initially for 4 -6 months, however there is also a potential opportunity for a permanent position.
Hybrid work available with 1-2 days a week work from home.
