Your New Role, What’s Involved
* Develop innovative and sustainable designs from concept for a range of challenging projects, including transportation hubs, tall towers, healthcare, defence, and education schemes, collaborating with national and local architects.
* Take a key leadership role managing multi-disciplinary design projects from concept through detailed design, coordinating with Architects, Engineers, and specialist consultants.
* Contribute to our success and help grow our project portfolio.
Your Team
You will join our expanding Building Structures team as an Associate or Associate Director, responsible for project management, technical leadership, and delivery from inception to handover. You will work with a diverse team on large multi-disciplinary projects across various sectors, including Transportation, High-rise, Commercial & Mixed-use, Retail, Education, and Healthcare. Build strong relationships with other disciplines, external consultants, stakeholders, and clients. Provide sustainable development solutions, including net zero carbon, MMC & DfMA, from site selection to detailed design and construction. Report to senior team members and work on high-profile projects across the region.
Candidate Profile
* Proven track record in successful design delivery, especially in major projects and early-stage design.
* Experience in project management and technical leadership of medium to large schemes.
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to communicate effectively with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
* Chartered status (MIStructE/MICE).
* Experience in commercial and technical project management using appropriate tools.
* Team management experience, including line management and daily operations.
* Experience as a lead client contact for consultancy services, fostering strong client relationships.
