Primary Objective of the Position
The Senior Global Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-impact training programs focused on AlinIQ AMS middleware solutions. This role supports global customer training enactments and internal enablement, ensuring consistent and effective knowledge transfer across regions. The position requires a strong technical background in middleware configuration and implementation within laboratory environments, combined with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for customers and internal teams on AlinIQ AMS middleware.
2. Conduct on-site and remote training sessions, product demonstrations, and workshops.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical content and customer feedback for continuous improvement of training materials.
4. Support field activities including customer visits, training enactments, and implementation support (willing to travel up to 50% annually).
5. Maintain and update training documentation to reflect product updates and evolving customer needs.
6. Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for peers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
7. Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment of training strategies.
8. Provide input on product enhancements based on customer interactions and training feedback.
Qualifications
9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical Informatics, or a related field.
10. Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with customers in laboratory environments, specifically on middleware configuration and implementation.
11. Proven experience in delivering technical training and supporting software applications in diagnostics settings.
12. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
13. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
14. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global, remote setting.
15. Willingness to travel globally up to 50% annually.
