We are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join our Inheritance & Lifetime Planning team in Oxfordshire / The Cotswolds.
Role Overview
Full‑time, permanent position (35 hours per week). You will work 3 days per week in one of our offices, with flexible options for working from home or a mix of both.
Responsibilities and Expectations
* Provide best‑in‑class advice on inheritance and lifetime planning.
* Draft complex wills and administration of trusts.
* Plan estates and handle Court of Protection matters.
* Support colleagues with training and development.
* Maintain excellent communication with clients and deliver outstanding client assistance.
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor with 3‑5 years PQE.
* Experience delivering high‑quality legal services with strong client care.
* Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills.
* Warm, personable and enthusiastic about learning and development.
* Proficient in IT and eager to adopt new technologies; STEP qualification desirable.
* Professional appearance and behaviours with high confidentiality.
