Bij GKN Fokker Landing Gear in Helmond werk je letterlijk aan de toekomst van de luchtvaart. Wij produceren én onderhouden landingsgestellen voor zowel civiele als militaire vliegtuigen — waaronder de F-35 Lightning II, Apache, NH90 en Reaper drone.
Als Teamleider Special Processes geef jij leiding aan een team dat verantwoordelijk is voor diverse chemische en elektrochemische oppervlaktebehandelingen. Denk aan chroom- en nikkelplating, anodiseren, ontvetten, etsen en passiveren. Deze processen zijn cruciaal voor de kwaliteit, luchtwaardigheid en betrouwbaarheid van onze producten.
Jouw rol
In deze rol ben jij de spil tussen de werkvloer en het management. Je zorgt voor een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van alle werkzaamheden binnen jouw team en ziet erop toe dat productie, kwaliteit en planning perfect op elkaar aansluiten.
Met jouw coachende leiderschapsstijl weet je medewerkers te motiveren en te ontwikkelen, terwijl je tegelijkertijd zorgt voor continue verbetering op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en procesoptimalisatie.
Wat jij meebrengt
1. Mbo-4 of hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Techniek, Chemische Technologie of Werktuigbouwkunde.
2. Ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol binnen een technische of productieomgeving.
3. Kennis van of affiniteit met chemische en elektrochemische processen (plating, anodiseren, etc.).
4. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands-on, coachende leiderschapsstijl.
5. Een proactieve houding gericht op kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering.
6. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
