Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to promote HINEN energy storage products in target markets.
* Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and key clients.
* Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to identify business opportunities.
* Coordinate internal technical teams with external customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customers technical and quality requirements.
* Regularly report to the General Manager on the business progress including market dynamics, project execution status, team performance, etc.
* Lead other assigned matters.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of B2B sales experience in energy storage, PV or related industries.
* Proven track record in opening new markets and achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English (other languages a plus).
