Marketing Manager
London | Full-time | On-site with hybrid flexibility
About the Role
We are seeking a creative, commercially minded, and proactive Marketing Manager to lead and deliver multi-channel marketing activity within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This is a key role working closely with senior leadership to execute marketing strategy, strengthen brand presence, generate enquiries, and support revenue growth.
You will take ownership of day-to-day marketing delivery, ensuring all campaigns, communications, and digital activity are aligned with business objectives and consistently reflect a strong, high-quality brand image.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and implement the marketing strategy in line with commercial objectives
* Manage brand identity and messaging across all channels to ensure consistency
* Lead creative production for digital and print marketing materials
* Oversee website management, including content updates, landing pages, UX improvements, and conversion optimisation
* Drive lead and enquiry generation through digital channels, supporting CRM and sales follow-up processes
* Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
* Create and manage engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels with SEO best practices
* Conduct market and competitor research to inform targeting, positioning, and campaign strategy
* Manage and grow online presence across social platforms, directories, and review channels
* Work with external partners including design, web, SEO, PR, and paid media agencies
* Track, analyse, and report on performance using analytics and CRM tools
* Use insights to optimise performance, improve ROI, and propose new marketing initiatives
About You
We are looking for a hands-on, motivated marketer with strong digital experience and a passion for delivering impactful, results-driven campaigns.
Essential Skills & Experience
* 2–5 years’ experience in a marketing role with multi-channel campaign delivery
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Creative thinker with the ability to generate ideas and solutions
* Experience with CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and Canva (or similar tools)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
* Degree educated (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Eligible to work in the UK
