Hours of work: Monday – Friday (37.5 hrs.)
This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy.
In this role, you’ll drive high-quality opportunities through outbound telemarketing, engaging existing customers to upsell UC products. You’ll spark interest, qualify needs and convert conversations into sales‑ready leads and appointments—playing a key role in boosting revenue and conversion.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Generate high‑quality opportunities through outbound calling to existing customers
* Identify and qualify prospects in line with campaign objectives and target profiles
* Book qualified appointments and pass sales‑ready leads to the sales team
* Build rapport with decision‑makers and confidently communicate value
* Follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records to maximise conversion
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a target‑driven telemarketing, lead generation, sales or customer contact environment
* Strong verbal communication, listening and questioning skills
* Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections and influence outcomes professionally
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage follow‑ups, callbacks and workload effectively
* Competent user of CRM, telephony and standard Microsoft Office applications
