We are looking for a 2nd & 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will have experience across a range of infrastructure platforms with an excellent understanding of Azure cloud technologies. You will be passionate about technology and eager to develop your skillset.
You will be working as a specialist supporting a broad span of technologies including Azure, AWS, O365, Azure AD, Intune, PaaS & SaaS technologies.
* Providing 3rd line technical support across IT Infrastructure environment / cloud tech
* Ensuring all incidents, problems & requests are managed through to completion.
* Design, deploy, & maintain infrastructure solutions.
* Working with senior stakeholders to represent the Infrastructure function
* Develop & implement network policies, procedures, & best practices.
* Microsoft Administration O365, Azure AD, Entra, End Point Security, AVD
Required Experience:
* Networking, Server platforms, storage, application structure EXP (2-tier & 3-tier)
* ESSENTIAL experience of administration and troubleshooting with Azure & Intune
* Previous experience working with a large application estate running IIS & SQL.
* Experience managing infrastructure estates using configuration management and application management & monitoring tools.
* Experience of PowerShell, scripting and automation.Required
* Experience with MS Windows Server- configuration & support.
* Excellent Virtualisation skills - VMware vSphere, Proxmox & Hyper-V.
