As Bar Floor Manager, you will support the seamless running of the high-paced Flute, our chic modern Bar with outdoor space by assisting the team to provide a highly efficient, smooth, and personalised service in line with the standards and with the flawless guest experience in mind. You will support and motivate the team to create memorable and exciting experiences. We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talent. You will work with brilliant talent across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. What do we need from you? At least 2 years of managerial experience in event operation and/or fine dining in a 5 luxury hotel setting Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Great attention to detail, Ability to work under pressure and Great leadership skills Excellent verbal and written communication, Good Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong Business acumen Ability to work flexible hours including late evenings and weekends If you are interested in collaborating with us, please apply online or on our website: broadwicksoho.com/career.
