We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join an ambitious and fast-moving team in the hospitality/retail space. If you’re a paid media specialist who thrives on shaping strategy, optimising campaigns, and driving performance across multiple brands, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, managing significant weekly budgets.
* Spend approximately 70% of time on paid media (PPC and Paid Social) and 30% on wider digital activity, including CRM, SEO, and website optimisation.
* Handle day‑to‑day campaign management from planning and activation to reporting.
* Collaborate with external partners to challenge performance and align on long‑term strategy.
* Make data‑backed decisions and directly impact growth in a hands‑on, performance‑driven role.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns, ideally across multiple brands with significant ad spend.
* Confidence setting strategy, analysing performance data, and optimising campaigns to deliver measurable commercial results.
* Skilled in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with a strong grasp of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
* Experience with CRM, SEO, and digital reporting is a bonus.
* Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, balancing creative thinking with data‑led decision making to drive growth and performance.
