About Superstruct

Founded in 2017, Superstruct Entertainment is a live entertainment platform. Superstruct supports creators, festivals and live-event entrepreneurs with the operational scale, strategic insight and global network needed to go from bold idea to unforgettable moments. Superstruct owns and operates world-class events across Europe and Australia, including unique experience-focused events across electronic, multi-genre and metal.

The Role

This role would initially work across Lost Village and Y Not Festival, with the scope to work across additional events in the future. Reporting into the Lost Village Finance Lead and working closely with the Superstruct UK Finance team, you will support them in ensuring the company has up to date and relevant financial information, processing invoices and payment runs as well as in their reporting duties to festival management and to the wider finance team.

With the festivals being held in July and August, the role requires strong housekeeping throughout the year with a big hands-on push in the two months prior to the event, followed by a solid block of reconciliation in the lead up to the December year end.

About Lost Village

Lost Village is a highly unique 4-day experience that engulfs festival-goers in a surreal world located in the heart of an abandoned forest. A network of winding woodland pathways leads curious minds amongst a vast array of interconnected, immersive environments, ranging from hidden rooms that only few shall discover and music spaces such as The Junkyard, Airbase and Jupiter Park — through to restaurants and chef’s table experiences headed up by Michelin starred chefs to comedy, talks, workshops and beautiful high quality bars.

The LV team approach every part of the Lost Village experience in the pursuit of perfection and with an obsession for detail. Whilst the super visual and experiential side of Lost Village is always on show, behind the scenes they are equally devoted to the meticulous execution of infrastructural organisation, event planning and overall customer experience.

About Y Not

Y Not is one of the North’s quintessential indie music festivals, welcoming global icons and trailblazing talent against the backdrop of panoramic views. Remains true to its mantra: small, fresh & loud
