Responsibilities
* We are opening a branch in Newbury and need an experienced Branch Manager to drive performance, win new business and ensure the branch quickly exceeds its commercial targets.
* Lead a new dedicated and dynamic team, all committed to delivering high-level customer service to ensure the success of the branch opening.
* As an independent merchant/manufacturer, support the opportunity to make a real difference by boosting sales and footfall in branch, with strong operational experience and a commitment to health and safety.
Qualifications
* We want to hear from you if you are a current Branch Manager in the drainage or wider merchanting industry with a passion for sales and for learning our products.
* You should have experience leading a small team, be sales-focused, understand branch operations (including health and safety), and be customer-centric.
* If you have a proven track record in merchanting, a good network of contacts, and the drive to use your initiative, get in touch. We are excited to hear from you!
