About the Role
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking Industrial Cleaners to join our team in Banbury. You’ll play a key role in keeping our facilities safe, clean, and efficient — working within a supportive and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform industrial cleaning duties in production and warehouse areas
* Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely
* Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met at all times
* Dispose of waste correctly and maintain cleanliness throughout the site
* Work independently and as part of a team
About You
Previous cleaning or industrial experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety procedures
Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment
