Business Intelligence Manager
Location: Cheadle (Hybrid 2 days in the office with occasional in-person meetings)
Salary £50,000 to £60,000 + Benefits package

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Manager who’s ready to lead the charge in shaping how data drives strategy across a global organisation. You’ll be the go-to person for designing dashboards, building reporting frameworks, and making sure their data tools actually work for the people using them.
👥 Who You’ll Be Working With
You’ll report to the Head of Systems and Development and collaborate with a wide range of teams,from Salesforce and International Programmes to MEAL, Internal Audit, and country offices. You’ll also work closely with external suppliers and our ICT team to make sure our digital solutions are fit for purpose and future-proof.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Standardising reports and dashboards across departments
Leading the design of new digital solutions with input from global teams
Building a data analytics and insights function that supports strategic decision-making
Establishing a data quality management process
Using predictive analytics to help shape long-term planning
Mentoring colleagues on BI tools and data literacy
Supporting the development of a new Global Program Management System
🎯Experience as BI Manager:
Comfortable with tools like Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar
Skilled in SQL and data warehousing concepts
Able to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
Experienced in leading BI or data teams and managing projects
A confident communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Passionate about making data useful, not just beautifulDesirable:
Salesforce or Tableau certifications
Experience in the nonprofit or charity sector
