We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef De Partie for a fantastic opportunity in a 2 Michelin starred environment. Working for a great Chef Proprietor and Exec Head Chef you will learn from the best and become part of a fabulous team serving amazing food in this well know pub.

The Person
The ideal Chef De Partie will have the following:
* Experience as a Chef De Partie in professional kitchen environment.
* rosette or Michelin experience preferred.
* The passion and drive to succeed and push boundaries.
* A keen eye for detail and precision cooking
* Genuine desire to serve guests great food at a superb level.
* Live locally or have own transport.
