The Role
You will work Monday to Thursday, from 4.30pm to 9pm, in the University Centre at Blackburn College. Your role involves providing a positive, first-class enquiry service within the College, assisting with all queries from staff, students, and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner. You will ensure that face-to-face enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently. Additionally, you will complete various administrative tasks, including contacting previous and potential learners by telephone to gather destination and application data.
What are we looking for?
You must be able to evidence, through qualification certificates, that you are qualified to Level 2 in English and Maths. You should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience working in a clerical or administrative environment. It is essential that you can work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
