Job Description
As our Communities Impact Officer, you will work closely with our Head of Sustainability and senior management to develop and deliver our charity strategy, fostering long-term partnerships with community organizations. You will play a key role in engaging colleagues in CSR initiatives, supporting our brand values.
What You’ll Be Doing Day To Day
1. Lead and manage the Communities Strategy and action plan.
2. Support the development of our charity strategy, including setting targets and initiatives aligned with our sustainability goals.
3. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote support for our CSR activities.
4. Manage the charitable budget ensuring proper governance.
5. Drive colleague volunteering opportunities and participation.
6. Increase awareness of our charity efforts among colleagues.
7. Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting on charity and volunteering activities.
8. Collaborate with marketing to ensure social partnerships align with our brand and values.
