Opportunity with a large multi-national F.M. services operator for a Lifecycle Program Manager. Based 5 days per week on a Reading based NHS Healthcare facility, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the submission and delivery of lifecycle site plans to onsite processes and procedures. Overseeing, and where required, managing capital projects across the site ensuring statutory compliance with works undertaken.
As the Lifecycle Manager, you will g enerate immediate, intermediate and long term plans for all lifecycle works on site ensuring all key information is utilised to form accurate decision based justification of life cycle spend in line with contractual compliance, whilst managing risk and monitoring fund sufficiency.
Work with the team to ensure all Trust Variation Enquiries are completed and returned within contractual timeframes.
Pre-plan all works with relevant Stakeholders liaising with all relevant parties including internal teams, clients, trade contractors and other third parties including departments to agree an acceptable commencement date for the works.
Assist others with compiling Draw Down Requests, ensuring the correct contractual route and process is followed.
Audit maintenance related activity, asset replacement activity, and maintenance records/PPM plans, commissioning data etc. with a view to ensuring compliance, whilst considering the commercial environment.
Continually review net zero technologies and climate adaptability developments to optimise life cycle decision making and enable an asset management approach.
Understand and be able to objectively review Compliance, Legislation and Operational documentation and manuals.
Work with operational teams and asset management teams to ensure that CaFM systems are fully utilised for life cycle management purposes.
Produce reports, dashboards, documentation that supports key decision making and can inform strategic goal setting. This informs risk management and benchmarking.
Work with the Operations Manager and Technical Manager to ensure all Trust Variation Enquiries are completed and returned within contractual timeframes.
Management of lifecycle works and capital projects including design, tender process, material orders, resource planning and implementation of direct labour or contract labour.
Liaise with package managers and authorised persons for the preparation and implementation of safe systems of work/permit to work systems.
Pre-plan all works with relevant Stakeholders liaising with all relevant parties including but not limited to Operations Manager, Technical Manager, clients, trade contractors and other third parties including departments to agree an acceptable commencement date for the works.
Ensure tendering procedures, contracts and documentation are adhered to and undertake the role of Contract Administrator when required.
Responsible for in process/under construction inspections delivering exemplary health and safety standards, checking the built works to ensure defect free handovers and management of any remedial works if required.
Ideal Experience will include:
Experience of delivering or working within PFI healthcare lifecycle/projects.
Demonstrable & varied experience in F.M./Lifecycle project management.
Experience of implementing and manging CDM
Comprehensive Administrative experience in a busy office environment
Sound organisational/co-ordination/team working skills
Excellent interpersonal skills & telephone manner
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Dynamic & Collaborative approach
Ability to provide professional guidance & task management to other staff members.
