Job Title: Community Associate
Reporting to: Allocated Community Manager
Purpose: Support the Community Manager in ensuring operational excellence within the centre. Play a key role in managing the centre and its operations, stepping into the manager’s role when needed to ensure smooth running. Create a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience for members and clients, contributing to their success and satisfaction.
Working Hours: Full time, 08:30-17:30, Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week
Location: Centre based – Wizu Workspace Osprey House, Pegasus Business Park, 5 Hunter Rd, Castle Donington, DE74 2TQ
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
Operations
* Support the team in delivering operational excellence and ensuring the smooth running of the centre.
* Manage daily opening and closing procedures, maintaining high standards.
* Provide a warm and professional “Wizu Welcome” to members, clients, and visitors.
* Ensure communal kitchen facilities are well-stocked and presented.
* Handle enquiries via phone and email promptly, offering solutions.
* Manage key and fob systems, including setup, replacements, and billing.
* Oversee reception and diary management duties.
* Conduct daily spot checks and floor walks to ensure standards and compliance.
* Assist with monthly audits and follow-up actions.
* Adhere to policies and ensure documentation is current.
Members
* Maintain accurate membership records.
* Act as the first point of contact for member queries, resolving issues effectively.
* Deliver excellent service and share feedback to improve the experience.
* Promote and update the member portal.
* Assist in planning and executing member events.
* Manage meeting room bookings and member onboarding processes.
Team
* Oversee daily activities of the Member Host and support their development.
* Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
* Be prepared to cover Community Manager responsibilities in their absence.
Your Building
* Complete audits and oversee maintenance, health, safety, and compliance.

* Ensure the centre is ‘show ready’ and conduct sales tours and taster days.
