The AHP Administration Team is a large, city wide team providing clerical and administrative support to the Allied Health Professions, including Dietetics, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Speech & Language Therapy. A vacancy has arisen for a full time Receptionist/Clerical Officer, who will be predominantly based at Aberdeen Health Village (office based position).
Responsibilities
* Provide clerical and administrative support to the Allied Health Professions within the AHP Administration Team.
* Operate in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and managing workload to meet time pressures.
* Greet and assist the general public, ensuring professional and courteous service.
Qualifications and Skills
* Good keyboard skills and confidence in using IT systems.
* Experience of a Patient Management System (PMS) is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
* Self-motivated, flexible, with strong communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to adapt to change.
