About the Role As an Employment Partner, your role is to support people with disability to prepare for, secure, and maintain meaningful employment with inclusive and supportive employers. You will receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training to ensure you feel confident and capable in the role. In an average week, you will: Work collaboratively with jobseekers to understand their strengths, interests, motivations, and employment goals. Support jobseekers to build confidence and capability, including connecting them with training, development opportunities, or additional supports. Provide tailored post‑placement support to help jobseekers settle into employment and thrive in their roles. Build strong relationships with local employers, promoting inclusive employment practices and advocating for jobseekers. Proactively engage and partner with organisations to identify suitable roles and create pathways to employment. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all jobseeker information is completed and compliant — administrative tasks make up approximately 30% of the role.
